Refund Policy
When an order can be reversed, and how the money and rewards come back.
Failed or undelivered orders
If a voucher, booking, recharge or bill payment fails, applied rewards return to your reward balance and any cash component returns to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Revealed vouchers
Once a voucher code is revealed, it cannot be refunded, cancelled or exchanged, in line with partner policy.
Travel bookings
Cancellations and date changes follow the airline's or hotel's fare rules. Partner cancellation charges are deducted from the refund.
